Welcome to the Gold Coast,Queensland!!!!

This is Stacey's house, where we stayed for
five days, to the right is a lovely pool and down
the path is the jetty. There are many houses
like this that back onto the water. I had my
breakfast sat down on the jetty every morning
watching speed boats go by...ahh....bliss.

By the beach they have all these exercise things
you can do whilst you go for a run. The signs tell
you what to do...here's Hannah having a go...

Here's another one, Hannah, Kevin and Taylor
have a try at balancing...

This is when we went to Surfer's Paradise at
night...walking down the street...

We found this really cool chair for a photo but
when all of us piled on the chair you can't even
see it...you're gonna have to trust me when I say
it looks really funky

Here is all of us going up the escalator to Time-
zone. This really cool arcade with games, laser
tag and bumper cars...

Katie and me on the bumper cars before they
were switched on

Playing arcade games trying to win points...

All of us on the bumper cars having a blast!

With our prizes at the end after collecting
points playing games...haha...we won bouncey
balls...pens and keyrings haha.

All of us....with Hard Rock Cafe in the back-
ground. This was a fun night!

Shopping centre in Surfer's Paradise.

Burleigh beach....we spent all day here...
surfing, swimming, tanning...ahh....good times.

ok so this past week we set off for the gold coast
in Queensland and we drove 10 hours through
the night....woohoo

we stopped off at really random servos...this
was one near the border..and look at this seafood
restaurant called the big prawn! i thought it looked
hilarious and i thought of you mom and how you
love seafood. here the clouds are grey. bit like
england really....sigh.

this was taylor crashing out because he was
so tired staying up all night...and theres katie
you can see the surfboards we attached to
hannahs car :)

this is me and katie looking like goons having had
no sleep that night...

the stone pillar thing on the left of the roundabout
is the pinnacle that stands for the new south wales
and queensland border...so thats when we crossed
into QLD! yey

this was d-bar beach...look how blue the sea is!
it was so beautiful when we arrived...theres
hannah, bridgette and reuben

this was encounterfest...the annual youth
conference which was so freaking amazing...God
was so profound and yeah really just was there.

this is jess noel from pittsburg in the states
we are both there on the front row in choir by
the stage and things getting ready for the
recording to start! yesssssssss.

this was during the worship. you can see joel
houstons face on the screen on the left and the
camera that swings across the crowd on the
right. there was thousands of young people.
it was awesome. what an awesome God.

ok so one weekend we went to glebe which is
near darling harbour and has a sort of bohemian
artsy feel with really cool outdoor markets
and groovy cafes. so here we are in this bookstore/
cafe thingy which sold really nice home made
paninis and iced teas!
that's jonna, dan codyre and dan little

heres dan, other dan and me getting
toasted greek pancakes whilst we
wait for some of the other girls!

this was in the bookstore/cafe...at our little table
how cute does it all look!

this is a bunch of us at the markets...the weather
was so beautiful and hot that day...in fact we are
going back there this weekend because its great
for hangouts! and good tea! :)

ok so i havent blogged in a while...sorry folks.
but it takes a long time for things to load with
slow internet and all! so the next series of photos
are not really in chronological order. this was
a peter pan party for jimmy dunlop's 21st! we
all dressed as pirates and stuff which was really
fun!

this is all of us at mae's house getting ready!
mae has the coolest clothes so we practically
borrowed all her stuff! haha

here are some of the girls just as we were about
to leave..we look super cool hey? i havent been
to a dressing up thing in ages so this was good
for the camera!
